Instead of focusing on ways to overcome, reduce, manage, treat, cure or otherwise get rid of stuttering, why not focus on becoming an excellent speaker? And, guess what? It even goes beyond this. Let’s focus on changing the way you think about yourself as a speaker. That is, transform your entire speaking identity. Now, why would you want to do this?
It’s simple when you transform your speaking identity,

There is anticipation, worry, and anxiousness over their ability to say what they want when they want. There is also the habit of speaking fast, monotone, choppy speech, or running out of air while speaking to name just a few of the physical symptoms.
You’ll want a system that addresses how to replace those current patterns of thinking, feeling and speaking with brand new ones.

I’ve also watched people talk about speaking smoothly or some other relaxing or positive subject and guess what they did? Yup, they spoke smoother. Why?
Well, it’s because you’ll tend to move toward in action and emotion what you think of the most.
What this means for you is that if you continuously think about and practice becoming an excellent speaker, your speech will follow. Think it, see it, feel it, hear it, practice it and it will be.
Being an excellent speaker is transformational. It pulls and pushes you beyond mediocre speech into the realm of superior speech. Believe it or not, you do have the power to achieve this is less time than you might imagine if you use a what. . . that’s right…a scientifically-based systematic approach.
