The 13th step is to monitor and control your environments as much as possible. Are there people or places that cause you great stress. Determine which of them you need to maintain in order to grow and which of them are detrimental to your overall health. This does not mean that you should avoid all people or all situations that are stressful. This does mean that you shouldn’t examine your current relationships and working situations and determine if you need to set healthy boundaries.
